 Do the letterbox parcels really fit through a postbox?
Yes! However, it's all about size! For example, the recipient's letterbox size, the postie's skills, whether you added more to your order and the postal service you requested (special delivery is signed for).
 Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from Hello Gifts UK when you place an order (please check your junk/spam inbox if it hasn’t arrived). You will then receive delivery info and confirmation from Royal Mail. For any extra help with your delivery, please get in touch info@hellogifts.uk or call 07712 357911 (9am until 3pm, Monday to Friday).
 I want to give the box to the person directly.
Well that is super lovely! No problem - just type in your address for delivery and we'll send it to you directly.
 How much is postage and what options are there?
This is all listed on our DELIVERY page plus at checkout you will have different options.
 Whoops! I made a mistake on my order!
We really try to allow a 30 minute window for any order amendments, but this cannot be guaranteed or after the 3pm cut off. If you want to change products, gift messages, the shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund, please email info@hellogifts.uk quoting your order number and the full information to request an order amendment and we will try our super best to help you!
 Yey! I've got a discount code - how do I claim it?
Exciting right?! First of all, you need to be signed up to our super fab newsletter (don't worry we only send out mega ace info and discounts via our newsletter). You will then receive an email, hit subscribe and you're off and away into discount heaven!
(Once your subscription has been confirmed you will receive a welcome email with your 10% discount code to use on your first order. Give it a few moments, and check spam folder. This discount code cannot be added retrospectively to an order and can only be used on your first order.)
Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or in Our Shop (unless otherwise stated). Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.
 Can I get a refund?
In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of goods* within the “cooling-off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. *Unfortunately if the gift box is cancelled after it has been dispatched, we are unable to refund the postage costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us at info@hellogifts.uk with your order number and reason for return and then send the goods back to us to Hello Gifts UK, 2 Linton Road, Hove, BN3 5HF at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged) as soon as possible once you let us know you are returning it.
 Can I get a refund on sale items (sale boxes or from Our Shop)?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How long will my cheese last for after I have received it?
Best Before dates are clearly displayed on the packaging and will vary depending upon the type of cheese, however most have a shelf life of 1-6 months.
 The giftbox isn't chilled - will the cheese be okay?
Cheddar is matured at around 15°C and so the cheese will not cause illness or spoil if the temperature rises a little. Once your dreamy cheese arrives, pop it in the fridge and keep it in a sealed contained once you've opened the wax - if you haven't eaten it already!! It's always yummy to take the cheese out of the fridge an hour before serving to enjoy it at it's best.
 Can I order the food boxes for overseas?
Sadly not, we cannot guarantee that it will retain it's amazing taste and quality.
