We know timing matters when you're sending a gift. Whether it's a last-minute birthday surprise or a little treat just because, we'll get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day, and you'll receive tracking updates once your order is on its way.

Usually arrives within 2–4 working days.

Spend £25 or more and enjoy FREE standard delivery. This applies to our ready-made gift boxes, individual treats and everything in between!

Express Delivery -£5.50

Usually arrives within 1–2 working days.

Perfect for those occasions when you need your gift to arrive a little sooner.

Special Delivery - £10.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Delivery by 1pm the next working day, subject to Royal Mail's service terms, eligible postcodes and dispatch cut-off times.

For those times when your gift simply can't wait.

Sunday Delivery - £10.95

Available for eligible UK addresses. Order before 10am on Saturday for Sunday delivery. A signature is required.

Absolutely! We love helping you surprise someone.

Your order can be sent straight to the recipient, and you can include a personalised gift message at checkout.

Our gift boxes are carefully prepared for delivery. Where the option is available, you can choose additional outer packaging to keep the gift box itself clean and presentation-ready.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Christmas is our busiest time of year, and postal networks can experience delays, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible.

We'll publish our Christmas last-order dates closer to the festive period and keep this page updated throughout the season.

For those extra-special Christmas surprises, we recommend choosing an appropriate tracked or guaranteed delivery service.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm, on Sundays or on Bank Holidays will normally be dispatched the next working day. Saturday dispatch is available for eligible orders placed before 10am.
  • Standard and Express delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information and delivery updates from the carrier.

We currently deliver within the UK only, including the Isle of Man where supported by the selected service.
